As a District Manager, you will report directly to the Regional Manager and oversee all store activities within your designated area. We're seeking a self-motivated leader committed to providing exceptional customer service while managing day-to-day operations and team performance, ensuring adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate operational issues at each facility in the district
• Manage rentals, delinquent tenants, and maintenance activities
• Monitor property performance to achieve district goals
• Implement regional and corporate initiatives effectively
• Hire, train, and mentor store employees in the district
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Leadership experience in building high-performing teams
• Proven record of exceptional performance
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Lead and inspire a dedicated team to ensure customer satisfaction and operational success at Smart Stop.
