Position: Property Manager with Financial Expertise
We are hiring a Property Manager with strong financial expertise for a growing multifamily portfolio. This role merges strategic initiative with hands-on leadership and day-to-day operational oversight.

If you have 5-8 years of experience in property management and a solid understanding of the BC Residential Tenancy Act, we want you on our team. You will directly manage financial performance, operational processes, and leasing activities to enhance resident satisfaction and asset integrity. Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to align objectives and improve services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial and operational performance across properties

• Oversee budget preparation and variance monitoring

• Ensure compliance with relevant tenancy legislation

• Conduct team training and performance management

• Support onboarding for new properties and initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–8 years in multifamily property management

• Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills

• Proven success leading teams in multi-site environments

• Knowledge of Yardi and other property management tools

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
