In this pivotal role, you will shape Autodesk’s operational model and future work environment, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer. Collaborate closely with various leaders in People & Places to ensure alignment between enterprise goals and workforce strategies. Your strong presence and judgment will help influence key decisions across the C-suite and broader company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Autodesk’s Organisation Effectiveness and workforce planning strategies
• Collaborate with the People & Places Leadership Team for strategic alignment
• Provide guidance on organizational design and workforce implications
• Implement practical frameworks for organizational capabilities
• Develop a high-impact internal consulting team
Requirements:
• Master’s level education in Organization Development or similar
• 15+ years in organizational planning and human resources
• 8+ years in influential leadership positions
• Proven track record in workforce decision-making
• Strong ability to navigate complex organizational challenges
