As the Manager of Assessment Services, you will provide both strategic and operational guidance to ORCA, a centralized service that facilitates secure and accessible assessments. Working closely with academic and administrative partners, you will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and ensure that all services meet UBC’s high standards. Your ability to adapt policies and procedures to various assessment needs is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and staffing for ORCA

• Develop comprehensive assessment policies and procedures

• Cultivate partnerships with academic units and support services

• Ensure timely accommodations for students with needs

• Analyze program data to support strategic decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline

• Five years of relevant experience required

• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

• Familiarity with student information systems preferred
