Weissach is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the INEOS Grenadier service department. This role is responsible for the complete daily operation of the service department and plays a key role in building and developing the service team as the business grows.
Responsibilities
Service writing and customer consultation
Warranty administration and manufacturer compliance
Technical oversight and adherence to INEOS standards
CRM and PBS Systems utilization (experience an asset)
Customer relationship management and conflict resolution
Recruit, train, and motivate service staff
Deliver a consistent, high-quality service experience
Qualifications
3–5 years of full-cycle automotive service experience
Strong technical and operational knowledge
Experience with CRM platforms and PBS Systems
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Professional, organized, and solutions-focused approach
Interest in functional engineering, 4x4 vehicles, and premium brands
$80,000 – $110,000 annual salary, based on experience
