Project Manager for Executive Leadership

In this full-time, on-site role, you will assist the COO and CHRO with project management tasks and executive support functions. Your responsibilities blend approximately 70% project-focused work with 30% executive support to enhance organizational initiatives and operational performance. Collaborate with leadership in a dynamic atmosphere to fulfill corporate objectives through effective management and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive delivery of corporate goals with COO and CHRO
• Lead process improvement and change management initiatives
• Conduct research and analysis for strategic projects
• Manage project timelines and key deliverables
• Prepare presentations for meetings and Board materials
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher education required
• Minimum five years supporting senior leaders
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Power Point
• Attention to detail with the ability to work independently
