VPAC Construction Group is seeking a skilled Associate Project Manager in Vancouver, BC. Oversee commercial and industrial projects worth $10 million to $50 million while maintaining timelines and budgets.
As part of our Commercial/Industrial team, you will coordinate all aspects of project management, ensuring efficient resource deployment and adherence to quality standards. Your exceptional problem-solving skills and initiative will help deliver outstanding results and solidify client relationships through effective communication and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with estimating to establish overall project budgets
• Expedite quality control on shop drawings
• Produce weekly progress reports for clients
• Maintain project management logs and schedules
• Review and process monthly invoices for project payments
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of project coordination experience
• Excellent track record in managing multiple projects
• Knowledgeable in Bluebeam and Procore software
• Strong commitment to document control
• Eye for detail with New Construction/Multi-Family projects
