Position: Project Management Office - Senior Project Manager / Project Manager, Enterprise AI Enablement

THE ROLE

As the Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager,Enterprise AI Enablement,you will:

  • Spearhead the successful delivery and continuous improvementofenterprise AIprojects that directly contribute to Aritzia’s strategic growth initiatives

  • Orchestrate internal and external multi-disciplinary teams and technology resources through critical dependencies and timelines

  • Lead the business change management across our people and processes to adopt new functional capabilities

  • Continually evolve Aritzia project management methodologies and develop the necessary technical capabilities to staff and resource for the highest project success

  • Partner with executive stakeholders to champion transformation and change

  • THEQUALIFICATIONS

    The Senior Project Manager / Project Manager,Enterprise AI Enablement has:

  • Proven and best-in-class skills,education,and/orapplicable certificationsthat are an asset to perform in the role, including relevant Project Management experience, PMP

  • Experience with AIwork in a Retail organization is preferred

  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia'sValues and Business and People Leadership principles

  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners

  • A commitment toquality and investing in results that add value to the business

  • THE COMPENSATION

    At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

    The range for roles at thislevel is $100,000 - $300,000peryear. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
