Your Role in Supporting Our Members:

As Lead, Member Experience Readiness you will act as a change leader, ensuring both members and employees are fully prepared to adopt new products, services, and ways of working. This role is central to delivering positive member experiences by designing and executing readiness strategies that support successful change adoption. We’re seeking an experienced change and readiness professional who brings strong stakeholder engagement, project management, and communication skills, and who is passionate about enabling people through change.

This is a Full-time, Temporary role based at Vancity head office and will report directly to the Manager, Member Experience Readiness
. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demands

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Designing and delivering effective member and employee readiness plans to support adoption of new products and services
  • Supporting line of business stakeholders, including executives, to confidently lead change initiatives
  • Conducting readiness assessments to identify gaps, risks, and required activities for successful adoption
  • Applying strong project management practices to coordinate readiness activities across initiatives
  • Engaging stakeholders through clear, timely, and compelling communications
  • Collaborating with Marketing, External Communications, and ITS to prepare members and employees for change
  • Supporting user and member experience design sustainment plans post‑implementation
  • Ensuring adoption outcomes are measured and maintained over time
  • What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • A post‑secondary degree in business, communications, change management, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience leading change, readiness, or adoption initiatives in complex organizations
  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise‑level or cross‑functional transformation initiatives
  • Strong project management experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and workstreams
  • Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders and executives
  • Experience applying structured change management methodologies
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Extra Skills That Set You Apart:

  • Experience working within financial services or a regulated environment
  • Familiarity with member‑centric service design or user experience practices
  • Formal change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP)

    What You’ll Earn:

    This role offers a salary range of $86,400 to $106,680 per annum. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
