Position: Hullo Ferries General Manager Role
Transform ferry travel in British Columbia as Hullo's General Manager. Lead operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences.

In this critical role at Hullo Ferries, you will manage all aspects of operations during a key growth phase. Reporting to the CEO, you will guide a team of 75 while ensuring high standards in Marine Operations, Terminal Management, and Guest Experience. Your strategic mindset and leadership skills will be essential in navigating the complexities of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily operational performance meets safety and guest standards

• Develop and implement annual operating plans with strategic KPIs

• Lead the team in handling service disruptions and emergencies

• Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

• Manage P&L responsibilities for operational divisions

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of management experience in the maritime sector

• Familiarity with union operations and labor relations preferred

• Skills in managing logistics and operational processes

• Understanding of safety management systems critical

• Proven history of team mentorship and development
