Take on a leadership position as Senior Manager of Engineering and Maintenance at BC Place. This role emphasizes facility maintenance, client relations, and team collaboration.
You will be responsible for the implementation and management of policies that ensure the effective maintenance of facilities. Working closely with the Capital Project team, you'll mitigate disruptions during project execution while leading the engineering team's efforts in completing work orders.
Your role will require strong communication with clients, sports teams, and internal stakeholders to meet event requirements and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure policies adhere to safety compliance
• Act as the liaison for event managers and sports clubs
• Coordinate schedules for maintenance work
• Manage the deployment of technical services staff
• Develop accurate maintenance records and reports
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 to 7 years in facility management
• Post-secondary diploma in Facility Management or equivalent
• Proficient in software applications
• Experience in collective agreement administration
• Strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities
Drive improvements in facility management at BC Place, focusing on safety, client service, and operational efficiency.
