Swick's Landscaping is hiring a Construction Manager to lead landscape projects in Vancouver, BC. This permanent, full-time role emphasizes team leadership and project management in a thriving environment.

As the Construction Manager, you will oversee significant landscape construction initiatives throughout Metro Vancouver. Your extensive experience—at least five years in landscape construction and three years in management—will enable you to manage multiple projects profitably while supporting and mentoring your team. With a solid focus on quality and safety, you will significantly impact our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple landscape construction projects from planning through execution

• Manage budgets, labor, materials, and equipment

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Support site supervisors in overcoming project challenges

• Develop and mentor your construction team

Requirements:

• 5+ years of landscape construction experience

• 3+ years in a project management role

• Detailed knowledge of hardscape and softscape techniques

• Proven leadership and team development skills

• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with clean record
