Key Responsibilities:

• Provide labour relations advice to District leadership

• Manage 14 collective agreements and grievances

• Lead negotiations with union and stakeholder groups

• Conduct performance management and workplace harassment investigations

• Supervise senior labour relations advisors and coordinators

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years in human resources/labour relations

• Relevant degree in human resources or labour law

• Strong communication and business writing skills

• Leadership qualities to manage sensitive issues

• Ability to operate in high-pressure situations
