Drive loyalty initiatives at Harbour Air as a Loyalty Program Manager in Vancouver. Manage the development and execution of the Harbour Air Loyalty Program.
As part of a full-time role under the Digital & Customer Experience team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of loyalty initiatives. This position requires strong analytical skills and project leadership experience. You will work closely with various stakeholders to elevate guest value and achieve strategic aims.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the execution of loyalty strategy initiatives
• Manage rollout and effectiveness of loyalty programs

• Evaluate potential partnerships to boost member value
Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in loyalty or customer experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills required
• Knowledge of loyalty programs and travel industry
• Excellent communication skills for internal collaborations
• Degree in tourism, business, or economics
