You will manage all floor operations to ensure timely and satisfactory delivery of AV services for conferences generating substantial revenue. This role involves overseeing technician performance, managing inventory, and ensuring strong relationships with clients. You will develop staff and lead operations while maintaining high service standards and achieving corporate goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations and technician workflow
• Lead and mentor team for enhanced service delivery
• Ensure all equipment meets client requirements
• Control and maintain inventory levels and safety
• Attend crucial pre-event meetings for planning strategy
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s preferred
• 4+ years AV and hospitality experience, 2 years supervisory
• Strong grasp of AV equipment in events
• High proficiency with computer software
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills
