This full-time role involves leading a team responsible for operational practices in regulatory enforcement. You will provide guidance and support, develop compliance instruments, and ensure adherence to safety legislation. Key Responsibilities:
• Draft compliance and enforcement documentation
• Collaborate on regulatory policy development
• Manage escalated investigations and enforcement actions
• Conduct assessments for safety behavior metrics
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and performance management
Requirements:
• Relevant degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Experience in regulatory investigations and audits
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of administrative law and regulations
• Class 5 BC Driver’s Licence with a willingness to travel
