Transform member experiences with Vancity as the Lead for Member Experience Readiness on a 6-month contract. This hybrid role emphasizes strategic readiness planning and stakeholder collaboration.
In this pivotal role, you will ensure successful product adoption through carefully crafted readiness and communication strategies. Ideal candidates will have over 7 years of experience in change and readiness roles, fostering effective relationships across the organization for impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create effective plans to support member and employee readiness
• Guide executives in leading transformative change
• Identify readiness gaps and conduct thorough assessments
• Manage multiple initiatives and their readiness activities
• Engage stakeholders with timely, clear communication
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline
• 7+ years in leading change management initiatives
• Strong coordination of stakeholder engagement and project management
• Familiarity with financial service norms and regulations
• Excellent written and spoken communication abilities
