As part of the Reimagined Parking family, Impark is looking for an experienced Parking Enforcement Director. This pivotal role focuses on managing parking enforcement across various regions while ensuring compliance with municipal regulations. You will lead efforts to improve patrol productivity and revenue protection, utilizing technology to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish KPIs and operational standards for enforcement

• Address escalated issues and complex enforcement cases

• Ensure consistent application of rules and regulations

• Develop reporting tools with IT partnerships

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar

• 7-10 years in parking enforcement or management

• Proven leadership experience in a similar role

• Thrives in high-pressure environments

• Must pass background check and work authorization in Canada
