This role is pivotal in refining the PMO's change management processes and supporting a large-scale transformation through the FNZ platform integration. Your experiences and insights will help in maturing the OCM practices critical to achieving intended business results and reinforcing effective leadership throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategies to enhance adoption across key initiatives
• Drive change management for the FNZ platform transformation
• Develop OCM practices including frameworks and assessment tools
• Collaborate on embedding change activities within project plans
• Coach leaders and stakeholders on effective change sponsorship
Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years in organizational change management
• Proven track record with enterprise transformations
• Familiarity with change methodologies, preferably Prosci
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence
• Strong communication, facilitation, and influence abilities
