Position: Manager of Testing Operations at Pearson
Lead operations as a Test Center Manager with Pearson in Guildford, focusing on customer service excellence and compliance. Manage day-to-day activities while supporting staff development and recruitment processes.

As a Test Center Manager, your primary responsibility will be ensuring the effective administration of exams within Pearson VUE's secure testing environment. You will coordinate staff activities, uphold compliance standards, and verify proper functioning of all testing equipment.

Your role will also include direct interaction with candidates, enhancing their testing experience.
