This leadership role involves partnering with account managers to refine customer growth strategies and improve operational workflows across procurement and supply chain. Initially fully onsite, you will transition to a hybrid working arrangement after establishing key relationships. Your leadership will foster collaboration and streamline processes across business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee strategic growth for six key national grocery accounts
• Develop and implement account growth strategies
• Identify opportunities for increased market penetration
• Facilitate collaboration among internal teams
• Standardize best practices and successful customer programs
Requirements:
• 8+ years in business development or sales leadership
• Proven record with large grocery or retail accounts
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and produce sourcing
• Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Lead strategic initiatives that drive growth and modernization in food distribution.
