As an Interiors Project Manager, you'll oversee the entire lifecycle of commercial interior construction projects, from planning to client sign-off. With 3-5 years of progressive construction experience focusing on tenant improvement work, you'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with tight timelines and budgets. Your ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders will drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and control all phases of commercial interior projects
• Manage multiple concurrent timelines and schedules
• Prepare contracts and negotiate with stakeholders
• Address scope changes and issue change orders promptly
• Oversee project close-outs and ensure all deliverables are met
Requirements:
• University degree in construction or related field
• 3-5+ years in Project Management or similar roles
• Strong experience in commercial fit-out and renovations
• Proficiency in project scheduling tools
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
