Operations Manager / Branch ManagerOur client is a print and packaging company in the Lower Mainland.
They are looking for a Branch Operations Manager to oversee the day to day and team, supporting business performance, driving and executing on operations functions, overseeing sales and growth of the site.
Responsibilities:Work closely with clients, CSR and sales team to continue to meet and exceed targetsUnderstands production capabilities, efficiencies, competitive advantages, market trendsPrepares accurate job estimates from concept through productionMaintain awareness of operational expenses and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and workflow performanceOversees production planning, effective scheduling, and raw material purchasingPromotes a positive, high-performance culture and strong employee moraleRequirements:Minimum 3 to 5 years of supervisory, management, or leadership experience - ideally in manufacturing / productionDemonstrated ability to lead teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Financial acumen with the ability to understand margins, costing, and business performance metrics.Salary base range plus benefits and perks.
