This permanent, full-time position allows you to lead a team dedicated to members' financial needs, particularly within Indigenous communities. Your expertise in communication and business development will be vital in achieving branch targets driving community impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop networks with business community contacts
• Enhance member experience through effective service management
• Coordinate day-to-day operations and resolve issues
• Train staff on financial planning and member service quality
• Assist in formulating financial goal achievement plans
Requirements:
• 3 years experience in financial industry required
• Leadership experience of at least a year
• Strong financial product acumen required
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Understanding of Vancity product strategies
