Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach sales and service team members

• Oversee daily branch operations and execution of business plans

• Advise on personal and business financial management

• Develop relationships with community referral sources

• Ensure compliance with credit policies and risk management

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in financial sales

• Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred

• Experience leading a sales team is an asset

• Successful completion of Financial Planning I or similar

• Ability to build community partnerships
