As the Senior Shift Supervisor, you will direct staff engaged in the maintenance and repair of fleet buses, ensuring all work is compliant with safety standards. Responsibilities include organizing staff schedules, participating in shop planning, and managing administrative tasks related to fleet maintenance. You'll be accountable for quality checks and staff performance evaluations, fostering a culture of safety and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct maintenance staff for fleet operations
• Ensure adherence to safety and compliance protocols
• Organize shifts and allocate resources accordingly
• Track inventory and oversee parts availability
• Complete administrative tasks and monitor performance
Requirements:
• Grade 12 graduation and relevant diploma or apprenticeship
• Successful completion of the CVIP examination
• At least three years in fleet maintenance environments
• Six months in a supervisory role to understand CMBC processes
• Strong organizational skills and teamwork capability
