BC Place Senior Manager in Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop facility maintenance policies and procedures

• Oversee creation and completion of engineering work orders

• Collaborate with various teams for operational continuity

• Manage procurement of necessary equipment and tools

• Maintain detailed records of activities and equipment

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of management experience

• Education in Building Management or equivalent

• Understanding of Work Safe BC regulations

• Experience in a unionized setting preferred

• Excellent problem-solving and prioritization abilities
