Take charge of the Project Management Office at the Pacific National Exhibition and oversee strategic project initiatives. This full-time leadership role aims to optimize project outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
In this pivotal position, you will define the PMO’s strategic vision and align it with PNE's broader objectives. You'll ensure effective management of capital project portfolios while fostering a collaborative and accountable culture within your team. This role involves engaging stakeholders and developing risk management strategies to mitigate project challenges efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct PMO efforts and project methodologies
• Develop corporate project management standards
• Monitor project performance with key performance indicators
• Supervise procurement and consultant activities
• Report project status and risks to executive leadership
Requirements:
• Advanced degree in a related discipline
• Minimum 7 years in senior project management roles
• PMP certification mandatory
• History of successful change management implementation
• Proven communication and negotiation skills
Lead transformative projects and enhance experiences at the PNE as the Director of Project Management Office.
