In this role, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of various facilities projects at Vancouver Coastal Health. You’ll act as the main contact for stakeholders, manage project budgets and timelines, and guide teams to achieve successful outcomes. Your leadership will ensure that project deliverables meet organizational standards through effective collaboration and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee planning and implementation of facilities projects
• Act as primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, budget, and scope compliance
• Lead construction meetings and ensure thorough documentation
• Develop project business plans through comprehensive analysis
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• 5 to 7 years of project management experience
• Knowledge of capital project processes and codes
• Ability to interpret construction documents
• Leadership skills to supervise project teams
