Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the budget and financial activities of $2.5 million
• Implement staffing strategies and oversee hiring practices
• Manage daily administrative operations of the Department
• Ensure compliance with university policies and guidelines
• Coordinate course scheduling and departmental initiatives
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
• At least three years of experience in administration
• Proven skills in financial and staff management
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Knowledge of UBC systems and best practices
