This managerial role guides a diverse team in the implementation of best practices within the tax field. Responsibilities include managing tax templates, developing training materials, and communicating tax updates across the firm. You will also mentor team members to enhance their professional growth while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop firm standards and processes for tax services

• Manage and update tax templates regularly

• Create internal training materials for team development

• Assist in firm-wide learning and development events

• Research changes in local tax legislation for publications

Requirements:

• Completed level 1 and 2 of the In-Depth Tax Program

• Bilingual in French and English for collaboration

• 4-5 years of experience in public accounting tax practice

• Proven skills in people management and leadership

• Background in private companies and owner-manager taxation
