Your responsibilities as the EDI.I Specialist include leading the planning and execution of strategic EDI initiatives in consultation with various departments. You'll manage events, grants, and program budgets, ensuring alignment with the Faculty's mission for diversity and inclusion. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build collaborative relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver EDI training and outreach programs
• Manage financial resources for EDI initiatives
• Collaborate on marketing and communication strategies
• Gather and interpret data for evaluating EDI programs
• Facilitate EDI committees and enhance stakeholder engagement
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Two years of relevant experience
• Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
• Effective program management and communication abilities
• Understanding of equity, diversity, and Indigenous issues
