As the Director of People & Service Management Applications, you will oversee a complex global function with direct accountability for the strategic direction of HR, workforce management, ITSM, and employee experience platforms. This role demands strong leadership skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across regions to drive compliance, cost efficiency, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a global team of 30–50+ personnel
• Own the People and Service Management applications portfolio
• Define and deliver a multi-year application roadmap
• Develop strategic relationships with external partners
• Identify opportunities for automation and modernization
Requirements:
• 20+ years of digital execution experience
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders
• Experience in global enterprise application environments
• Strong relationship-building skills across business units
• Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
