Key Responsibilities Develop project controls plans as part of the PEP
Organize project baseline setup in Fluor's systems
Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance
Supervise Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures
Provide training and coaching to project controls specialists
Requirements Accredited four-year degree or equivalent experience
Fifteen years of relevant work experience
Effective communication skills across various audiences
Robust technical knowledge related to project controls
Attention to detail and time efficiency
