Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial management for prime contracts and subcontracts

• Oversee cash flow management and financial forecasting

• Manage change orders, pricing, and claims resolution

• Guide project teams on compliance and contract adherence

• Foster relationships with clients and internal teams

Requirements:

• Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

• 10–15 years of construction experience required

• 10+ years in commercial/contract management experience

• Advanced skills in risk and opportunity management

• Strong negotiation and contract interpretation skills
