Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a diverse logistics team for continuous improvement
• Develop and monitor logistics Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Build relationships with transportation providers for reliability
• Manage service performance with Rail and Trucking partners
• Develop innovative solutions for logistics optimization
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in logistics management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in TMS and data analytics tools
• Experience in negotiation and vendor management
