Lead transformative terminal construction projects with BC Ferries as a Program Manager. Oversee critical infrastructure initiatives at Horseshoe Bay and Langdale to ensure project success and efficiency. As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing terminal construction projects, emphasizing effective leadership and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities- Oversee delivery and management of terminal projects.
- Develop and implement effective project workflows.
- Coordinate procurement processes for construction contracts.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and public consultations.
- Monitor project progress during the construction phase.
- Engineering or construction management degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years in related project management.
- PMP certification highly desired.
- Experience with major capital projects essential.
- Leading functional teams beneficial.
