YVR is seeking a full-time Manager of Business Resilience reporting to the Director of Operational Excellence and Improvement. You will oversee the Emergency Management Plan and life safety systems while guiding a multidisciplinary team. This role ensures that YVR is equipped to handle emergencies and operational disruptions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement YVR’s Emergency Management Plan

• Drive business continuity initiatives ensuring full compliance

• Oversee the Documentation Management Program and governance

• Lead a multidisciplinary team with performance management

• Forge relationships with leaders and agencies for emergency support

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in safety-critical environments

• Expertise in emergency management and business continuity

• Proven team leadership and delivery of complex programs

• Strong knowledge of emergency planning and disaster management

• Exceptional communication and decision-making skills
