As a key player in Stantec's Major Projects Team, you will oversee a team of Commercial Managers, ensuring robust management of contractual issues and maximizing the company's commercial position. Your strategic oversight will include financial systems management, project scheduling, risk assessment, and facilitating communication across departments to streamline project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct the Commercial Delivery Team

• Address project commercial and contractual issues

• Oversee financial tracking systems and EVM

• Develop and maintain the Project Risk Register

• Prepare contractual communications and reports

Requirements:

• 15+ years in Design or Project Management

• Experience in claims management and scheduling

• Strong communication skills and leadership abilities

• Knowledge of design contract administration

• BS in Engineering or related field
