In this pivotal role, you will supervise and inspire cabin crew members while ensuring compliance with Air Canada's operational standards. As an Inflight Services Supervisor, your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will utilize your communication and motivational skills to guide the team and manage any irregularities seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Anticipate needs and be accessible to staff and customers
• Manage investigations on employee performance and behavior
• Brief crew on customer expectations and service standards
• Address onboard issues promptly and effectively
• Report performance management findings to upper management
Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma required
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Relevant experience in the aviation or customer service sectors
• High flexibility in variable work schedules
• Knowledge of safety and service standards in aviation
