Position: Full-Time Manager, Fisheries & Aquatics
Lead the Fisheries & Aquatics team at Hatfield in a full-time capacity. This role emphasizes exceptional team management, project oversight, and environmental expertise to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Hatfield is seeking a permanent full-time Manager, Fisheries & Aquatics for its Environmental Monitoring & Assessment (EMA) Group. Located in North Vancouver, New Westminster, or Calgary, this leadership position requires excellent communication skills and a strong background in aquatic ecology. You will manage teams of biologists, contribute to business development, and ensure compliance with environmental legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor environmental specialists and technicians

• Manage multiple EMA Group projects effectively

• Provide strategic client advice on permitting requirements

• Oversee environmental assessments and habitat restoration

• Lead business development and client engagement activities

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field

• Eight years of experience in environmental consulting

• Knowledge of federal and provincial regulations

• Relevant professional designation or eligibility

• Valid Canadian driver’s license and driving experience
