Reporting to the Director of International Recruitment, Scholarships, and Awards, this managerial role is pivotal for overseeing international scholarship initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing award adjudication, developing recruitment strategies, and collaborating on student support programming. You will play a significant role in maintaining UBC’s competitive edge in attracting top international talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage development and evaluation of scholarship programs
• Lead adjudication and selection processes for awards
• Collaborate on programming activities for award recipients
• Build connections with strategic recruitment teams
• Conduct recruitment and advising services for prospective students
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of five to six years of experience
• In-depth knowledge of admissions and international student services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in data analysis and CRM systems
