In this pivotal role, you will report to the Vice-President of Lean In Vancouver and shape our local network through effective program execution. You'll support the growth of Circles by engaging community members and launching tailored programs such as the “BC Women in Entrepreneurship Circle.” Your responsibilities include collaborating with other Circles Program Managers to exchange best practices and actively transitioning highly engaged members into leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive engagement and growth for Lean In Circles program
• Identify and recommend discussion topics for community needs
• Launch and lead a Circle Program for at least six months
• Act as a support system for Circle members
• Build relationships with other Circles Program Managers
Requirements:
• Passionate about women's professional development
• Experience in launching and sustaining community initiatives
• Highly self-motivated and organized
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Commit to a 6-12 month term
