The ideal candidate will cultivate strategic client connections and spearhead market expansion initiatives from Toronto, Calgary, or Vancouver. You will develop the sector's annual plan, targeting revenue growth while guiding a team of Account Managers. Key Responsibilities:
• Own the growth strategy for Renewable Energy sector
• Develop and execute annual sector plans with set targets
• Lead major proposals and win strategies for significant projects
• Build relationships with decision-makers in the industry
• Mentor and cultivate talent within your team
Requirements:
• 15+ years in renewable energy or related field
• Proven track record of business development success
• Strong relationship management with power producers and utilities
• Experience leading commercial teams in complex environments
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
