Senior Project Manager at ERM

Lead impactful environmental projects with ERM as a Senior Project Manager in Canada. Oversee complex assessments and budget management while mentoring project teams.

In this strategic role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end leadership of major environmental projects, including environmental assessments and permitting processes. With over $2M budgets, you will guide multidisciplinary teams and support business development through client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complex environmental assessments and permitting applications

• Develop delivery strategies aligning scope, schedule, and budget

• Serve as primary client contact, guiding technical and project teams

• Maintain project controls and quality assurance for client commitments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science or related field

• 6+ years of consulting experience in environmental projects

• Demonstrated experience in mining or energy sectors

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Valid driver's license with willingness to travel frequently
