Key Responsibilities:
• Design a comprehensive marketing and fundraising strategy
• Identify and cultivate diverse funding opportunities
• Achieve $300,000 revenue in first year
• Manage and mentor staff for high-performance culture
• Represent CFC at community and organizational events
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in marketing or non-profit fundraising
• Strong track record in revenue generation
• Experience with team leadership and development
• Effective communication and engagement skills
• Relevant bachelor’s degree preferred
