Drive operational excellence and innovation at CORA Group, under Jonas Software. This remote Group Leader role will guide a variety of business units towards sustainable growth.
As a Group Leader, you will leverage your decade-long experience in vertical SaaS to support a portfolio of business units. Your primary focus will be on enhancing operational efficiency, mentoring leadership, and implementing AI applications that align with business objectives. This role will be pivotal in integrating newly acquired entities into the CORA framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategize operational plans and monitor key performance indicators
• Promote cross-unit knowledge sharing and best practices
• Oversee commercial and back-office assimilation of acquisitions
• Assess opportunities for product innovation and AI integration
• Facilitate weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews
Requirements:
• 10+ years of relevant software leadership experience
• Proven success in business scaling and integration
• Strong stakeholder management competencies
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred
• Financial acumen with P&L oversight
