This role involves managing 4 to 7 communities, where you'll leverage your HOA experience to maintain high service standards. Your responsibilities include budgeting, audits, and facilitating Board meetings. This position requires strong communication and an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee 4 to 7 communities and provide dedicated management
• Collaborate with teams to ensure effective community services
• Present solutions at evening Board meetings
• Monitor budgets and conduct reserve studies
• Maintain correspondence with homeowners about issues
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of HOA portfolio management experience
• CMCA certification or capacity to earn it early
• Knowledge of audits and governing documents
• Superior communication and presentation skills
• Strong time management capabilities
