AtkinsRéalis is seeking a skilled GIS Team Lead with over ten years of progressive GIS experience, including at least two years in a supervisory role. You will support multidisciplinary engineering projects by effectively managing GIS tasks and guiding a talented team across English-speaking provinces in Canada. Your leadership will shape the strategic direction of the GIS team as you mentor geospatial staff and collaborate with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise GIS team members and provide guidance

• Assign and prioritize GIS tasks for project support

• Develop clear GIS work plans and deliverables

• Monitor workload balancing and resource utilization

• Collaborate to deliver integrated engineering solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of GIS experience

• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role

• Proficient in Esri technologies such as ArcGIS

• Strong communication skills for stakeholder liaison

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
