Position: Senior Project Manager with Leadership Focus
Lead impactful projects as a Senior Project Manager overseeing a $60 million Residential/Institutional build. Drive innovative solutions and foster strong stakeholder relationships.

This role requires significant experience overseeing all aspects of project management, ensuring adherence to financial and scheduling goals. You will actively participate in business development while fostering essential relationships with clients and consultants. Working closely with onsite teams, you will ensure project plans are executed effectively and manage any arising challenges regarding the project's finances and timing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee entire project lifecycle focused on profitability and schedules

• Lead business development and client relationship management

• Collaborate with site personnel to create project plans

• Develop recovery plans for any budget or schedule challenges

• Manage subcontract negotiations and progress monitoring

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Project Management for major residential/institutional projects

• Construction or engineering college/university diploma required

• Expertise in MS Office and project management software

• Strong skills in contract negotiation and understanding

• Proven leadership and excellent communication skills
